Mainbrace Travel Concierge knows you want to maximize your hard-earned travel dollars. We meet you where you are and work within your budget to optimize every experience. Our flat rate fee structure on custom itineraries bring added value by leveraging our preferred partnerships, best rates, industry relationships, and travel expertise. Often our clients still end up paying less than they would have on their own. Plus, you'll often benefit from value adds like complimentary upgrades, resort or cruise credits, breakfast inclusions and, of course, VIP status... all because you used Mainbrace Travel Concierge.
Services
Our custom designed travel itineraries start at $500CDN, charged at the initiation of trip planning.
Rates vary based on the complexity of the trip and are assessed after initial consultation.
Additional Airline Booking Fees & Change/Cancellation Fees apply.
Curated Itineraries include all researched options, recommendations, confirmations, transfers, 24/7 contact and emergency care and concierge services for dining, spa, tours or any other arrangements.
Alternately, when you know exactly where you want to go and what you want to do, opt to be billed on an a la carte basis for our services.
Each individual service is $50. Examples include: North American non-stop airline ticket (International, indirect or layover tickets are $100 per ticket), event/sports ticket, dining or spa reservations, ground transportation, tours, etc.
Fees are for service, not for travel, and are non-refundable. Change/cancellation fees may also apply after confirmation. Please note that any non-commissionable component is subject to a 15% travel management fee (i.e. tour, transfer, VRBO, AirBnB, boutique hotel, airline ticket, etc). Any other possible charge will be disclosed in advance.
NOTE: Often we secure rates and perks that amount to much more than our fee! Ask us how!
Insurance is always advised. It is available through third-party providers and is priced per trip, per passenger.
